Well, then, you decide, but this is a ridiculously easy dish that my
department _demands_ I make each year for the Christmas potluck. It's
from the Too Busy to Cook (or too rich to cook) book from Bon Apetit.
equal parts: shredded cheddar, ground Italian sausage ( and Bisquik.
Form into 1-inch balls and spread them on a cookie sheet. Bung it into
the oven at 350 for ?? minutes (can't remember offhand, but about 5).
Serve immediately and stand back.
Really, it's very tasty but if you want to go to all the trouble of
replicating Bisquik, go ahead.
